1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. After you place an order, it appears as Received and remains pending until the restaurant accepts it. Prices, taxes, and availability may change without notice. Order totals are calculated and confirmed on our server at the time of purchase.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only while it is still in the Received state, that is, before the restaurant accepts it. Once the restaurant accepts your order and begins preparation, it can no longer be cancelled, because the food is already being made. This policy protects the restaurant from losses on prepared food.
3. Payments and Refunds
We accept cash and card payments (where enabled). For cash orders, no payment is collected online, so no refund applies. For card payments (PayPal, Stripe, or Square), if you cancel an eligible order before it is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once an order is accepted and in preparation, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
4. Pickup, Takeout, and Delivery
We offer takeout, pickup, and delivery. For delivery orders, please provide a complete and accurate address. Estimated times are approximations and may vary based on demand, distance, and conditions.
5. Loyalty Points
If our rewards program is active, you may earn points on completed orders when signed in to your account. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at the restaurant's discretion.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. You agree to provide accurate contact information.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
